My third book just got an amazing review from a top reviewer at OnlineBookClub.org. Here are three excerpts from her review of Thomas Holland and Pandora’s Portal.

“I liked the entrance of Kiran’s dragon Ninosh. Like many scenes in this book, it brought the text to life with vivid detail that sticks with a reader long after putting the book down. The detailed descriptions within this storyline’s action are what I liked best about this author’s writing style. This author paints with words.”

“I loved the humor interspersed throughout this book that surprised me by popping into the dialogue occasionally. When the wizard Larraj told his elven friend, Prince Devraj, to use a specific spell in case of trouble, Devraj reminded him he did not know that spell. Larraj suggested he run instead. The way the reply was delivered so dryly made me smile.”

“I liked reading this book. It is a well-crafted fantasy story that I will likely read more than once; I enjoyed it so much. Although it is uniquely suited to the young adult genre and will appeal most to that age group, it will also appeal to any reader who enjoys fantasy stories woven throughout with dwarves, wizards, elves, and the like. I can’t think of anyone to whom it wouldn’t appeal. It is professionally edited. I only spotted a few minor errors, and they didn’t affect my reading enjoyment of the book. For these reasons, I am rating this book with 4 out of 4 stars.”  ~VernaVi
